Chicken Kottu Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups of chopped roti (flatbread)
- 200g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden.
- Add green chilies, carrots, and tomatoes. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Push vegetables to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side.
- Once eggs are cooked, mix everything together.
- Add shredded chicken, soy sauce, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add chopped roti to the pan and mix everything until heated through.
- Serve hot with extra soy sauce or chili paste if desired.
