  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden.
  2. Add green chilies, carrots, and tomatoes. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Push vegetables to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side.
  4. Once eggs are cooked, mix everything together.
  5. Add shredded chicken, soy sauce, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Add chopped roti to the pan and mix everything until heated through.
  7. Serve hot with extra soy sauce or chili paste if desired.
